My H1b is valid till spet 2016 but i have changed by job last year so my h1b was transferred do i need to restamp with new employer as immigration lawyers say i dont need it? did somebody have travelled in similar case?

New stamping is not required as long as the previous visa stamp is still valid. There are others who have done that and shared it in the main blog and elsewhere online.
