I am also planning to apply H1 this year. If it approves, from when i can start working on H1?
And can i travell to India once H1 is approved or i need to wait till next year Octoer to re enter US?
I previously have valid H1 stamped but never used due to recession, and it is now expired, what is the status of that?
Please help if some one has answers for these
