I am really concern with the status of my H1B petition

Hello, I am really concerned with my RFE status:
My petition again got into RFE. PLease guide me.

Applied- May 13th, 12
RFE- Oct 16th, 12
Responded to RFE – Dec 31th, 12
Again got into RFE- Jan 6th, 13
USCIS mailed notification for RFE: Jan 16th, 13 (I havn’t received it though)

Please advise.
