I am on H4 in Kansas state, Please help me sharing details of Universities having OPT/CPT (with fees if possible) who will allow me to get admission without GRE,TOEFL scores and transfer visa status from H4 to F1.
Almost all University require atleast TOEFL if English is not your first language and you are applying for first time to a US university. If they don’t ask make sure they are accredited. You can easily transfer from H4 to F1 after getting admit and I-20.
GRE or ilets is must for F1 visa stamping?
