I am looking for suggestion to apply for H1B

Hi,

I am working into IT since 5 years on microsoft technologies. I have applied for F1 in the year of 2001 August in India and it got rejected under 214(b). Currently I am working in Singapore since 1+ year and now planning to apply for H1B from Singapore.

I have couple of questions regarding this:

  1. Is there any effect of F1 rejection on my H1B application?

  2. Does US embassy will maintain my record still like my qualication details and employment details?
