In May i-129 was approved but my employer still hasn’t notified me about the approval notice to arrive. Should it come on my home address or on employer address? I need this approval notice to stamp visa. Please give your advise.
Mostly it reached to Employers address only.If you have receipt number check the status at USCIS site and contact the customer service about the approval notice. Otherside, if possible ask your attorney(i think without your employers word, they generally wont reveals…especially desi people)
