i am a usa citizen and file for my parents for green card . i130 and i485 togather. april 2013 get RFE for my birth certificate and my parents marriage certificate.then i submit rfe responce may 7th 2013 my father and mother . may 10th my mother case was apruval and received green card also but my father case is steel pending. why my father case is pending . now today passed 44 days but no any reply for RFE response.why late .any one know please help me.
Your father is being investigated by FBI foreign actions cell by a rule established for male Asians after 9/11/2001. This is common for citizens of many countries in Asia. You will get a positive reply in less than 180 days if all is clear.
