I-94 valid till june 2013 but L1B Visa valid till sep 2013

Hi,

I have my L1 visa is valid till sep 2013 but my i-94 is valid till june 2013 and my passport expiry date is also June 2013.

How can i have my i-94 be valid atleast till Sep 2013.

Do I need to move out of US or can go directly to US embassy to get i-94 extended till my Visa expiry date.

  1. First renew your passport from here in US.

  2. Then go back outside of the country and enter US to get your I-94 Extended.
