I have stayed 14months in my 1st L1 b petition and going to complete 3 years of stay in my second L1. My second L1 has 3 years validity only. And I haven’t taken complete 1 year break in between. My question is can I apply for I 94 extension based on my 14 months stay of First L1 visa??
