Team,
H1b denied, I-290B filed back in Apr’19.
On Jan 9th on a response to an SR we received the case was reopened on the original I129s.
Today we received a response on 290B that it was approved but the I129s still shows the same status.
Does this mean that 290B approval translates to an approval of I129s, or it they found merit and reopened the case and are working on it. If its the latter why didn they do it in Jan for chaning the 290B to approved.
