I-20 Employer Name different from prospective H1B Petitoner Name

Hi,

I am currently on STEM OPT-Extension and my employer is applying H1B for me in 2018. The petitioner name would be different from the employer name on my I-20. The catch is my employment is under same company and company also hasn’t changed its name (so I can’t apply for a new I-20). It’s just for financial and immigration purposes my company uses a different entity.Will this name mismatch cause any issues in my H1B petition?
