How would i know that my employer filled H1 for me

hi,

My employer informed me they filled H1B for me, but if i ask for proof or confirmation for filling H1B, they are saying i have to wait until they recieve reciept number, but my question is if they have filled my case utleast they would get some confirmation from USCIS. what i need to ask my employer for confirmation proof that my case has been sent to uscis

your employer is right…nothing other than receipt notice…
But you can ask for the Fedex tracking number for the petition package sent to USCIS…
Not to disappoint you, but the fact is, if your fedex tracking says Jun11th delivered, you can rest in peace as USCIS will not accept petitions any later than that.
