How would I come to know if my case has some RFE

Hi,

My employer applied for H1 for me in May24 2012 and still it is under initial review.

My employer applied another 7 H1 for other candidates.

Know they saying they received some questions and are not particular to one petition.

At this stage what should I think?

Is my petition still under initial review or in RFE?
