My friend used to work at a company in 2014 and left and join company B. She came for stamping via them once and this time it will be 1st time stamping with company B. The online profile to make the payment has the details of old company. Can she make a new account with a new email address? I think she tried that and when entering passport details, it says you already have an account with us. And that account is registered with old email address of company A. How will she make the payment now?
