Hello I recently came on B1 visa. I want to change my status to H1b but i haven’t got any employer right now. So I am looking to change my status to F1. now my Questions are What is the minimum time period to get the CPT after change of status B1 to F1 or can I file H1B for next year on F1. Please give me some suggestions. I already got a masters from London. Just I am looking to maintain status here to get job and H1B. Please provide me if there are any other ways. I live in newyork. You have to take up GRE join a accredited school and also you wont get CPT before 9 months of your joining the course of study. If you get CPT before that the school must be fake.
