My H1B Petition filed on 31 May 2012 and received Receipt number on 21 June 2012, was curious to know if it is possible to get a copy of the petition or should I have to wait till the decision is completed, current status is “Initial Review - Waiting”
Check with your employer or attorney, they can provide you with the copy of your petition (Form I-129 and all other documents sent to USCIS).
