How to find the Petition number that selected in lottery

Dear All

I have got my name selected for H1b petition in lottery on year 2006. I have lost my petition number and the receipt number. I would request you to know the procedure on how to find the petition number using Name/Passport number/others ways.

Also, will I be still eligible for the stamping. I have not attempt any time for stamping till today.

please suggest on this. thanks.

You may try to file FOIA with USCIS to get the details.
