I had my first H1 from Oct 2009 to Dec 2010.
In dec 2010 i went to india. I got an RFE ( query went from jan to march) and in March 2011 my visa was denied. I came back to US in June 2011 again.
( from dec 10, 2010 to june 2011 i was in India.)
From June 2011 to Oct 2011 i was on H4. ( during this time, my h1 query was reconsidered and was in process . it got approved in Nov 2011) . But i got another company sponsor new h1 at the same time and i took that. ( old H1 was cancelled)
From Nov 2011 to present i am on H1 status again.
Can you please helpme understand how many years of h1 is remaining?
