Hi. Suppose My H1B Visa expires on Dec 1st and I have never travelled to US before.
What would be the time period prior to Dec 1st I need to travel to US. Or I can travel on Nov 30th also and file for an extension.
Can I file for extension for H1 B without traveling to US not even once.
