I am wondering, how many days one has to wait before I can pick my passport after a successful interview?
I will be attending the interview on a Tuesday. Can I expect to pick it up by Friday?

You get a text message or an email in 48 to 72 hours to go back to OFC site and collect passport. So yes, Friday is correct assumption unless there were way too many processings that week.
