How long will it take to revoke a h1b visa

Hello,

I have not travelled to US yet. ‘CompanyA’ filed H1B petition last year, and got stamped from Mumbai (INDIA) consulate last year and valid till 2015 September. I am planning to resign from the company and have to serve notice period of 2 months, if my Company A wants to revoke my visa, how long will take the process? if they revoke what will be the next steps to renew my visa? Please reply

If you have a copy of your existing H1 approval, any employer can file a H1 petition for you for the remaining period of your H1 stay in US, regardless of your any of the previous employer revoke the H1 petition. All you need is to keep a copy of your old H1 approval in your new petiton.
