My attorney said that he sent my H1B premium upgrade request to USCIS three weeks back…still I have not received information from them.
Could anyone tell me that how long does take time to approve premium processing request?
Your attorney should contact USCIS and follow-up if the 15 calendar day SLA is not honored.
