My attorney filed form 9089 in June 2019, and it’s still in process. I read online that it usually take 3-6 months. Can anyone advise why does it take more than a year for my case?
it depends on the status of it. Was there audit or any other issue to it. If it is approved without any issues, that is the time it should take. Ask your attorney for more info on the delays.
