Can any one suggest me how long will it take for document evaluation for filing H1b visa. My Sponsor is saying that it will take 30-90 days to be evaluated…is it true?
He also says after documents are evaluated and after filing LCA petition it can take another 30-90days…
please let me know…your reply will be highly appreciated.
Is he talking about evaluation by DOL and USCIS, or some internal evaluation by the sponsor himself?
No it is evaluation by the attorney…it has been more than 40 days now that i have submitted all my documents for evaluation and they have not come up with any news that it has been done…My consultant says that the document evaluation would be done by the US government officials …is it true?..your answer would be appreciated…
