How late can we file H1B extension ? Grace period 3 days?

Hello,

As I have already discussed my H1 was approved for 15days and i have only 10days by the time I got the approval notice to me. Now I fling for the extension as I have very less time and LCA is taking long to be approved I’m concerned about how late can i send my documents to USCIS as I heard there is a 3 days grace period for submitting RFE is there such grace period to apply for h1b extension my visa expires today(10/18/2019) I’m sending the documents now with overnight shipping will USCIS still consider application as in time?

It should be fine. You can definitely indicate the reasons for the delay and submit a letter. I am sure, your attorney would have done that…If something happens, you still can file a nunc pro tunc request as your situation is like that, so dont worry too much. Talk to your attorney and they will handle it.
