How can i get my I-94 extended as both L1B and I94 is expiring in Aug'13 ?

I am with Company A and have valid L1B VISA and I-94 expiring both on same date in August’2013.Company A has filed my H1B Visa Regular Processing/Regular Quota this year for which I am still waiting on for Lottery Results.

My Question is whether is there any way I can stay and work in US from August to October if i get approval for H1B Visa.

We are in same boat and answer from my employer is I need to go back and return in Oct.
