How can i apply for H1b from united kingdom, as i am citizen of india?

Hi

I am Tarun finished my msc in united kingdom, now i am on tier -1 post study work visa (psw) in UK, i got visa till 2014.

My query is can i apply for h1b from UK as i am citizen of INDIA, is it possible to apply from UK??

How are the chances of getting it approved from UK?

And what are the documents required?

Please give me the information regarding it.
