Holding H4 Visa and applying for H1B Visa

My wife is holding H1 VISA and i got H4 VISA through her company. But i’m not travelling now to USA. Now i want to apply for fresh H1B VISA for 2014 March. Is there any added advantage for holding H4? If my H1B VISA approved, do i need to go for stamping or directly travel to USA with H4 VISA and start working in new H1B VISA without stamping?

if H1B is applied with COS and U r in US by then on H4, U dont need to go for stamping…

If Ur H1B is approved here and also U have a H4 with U… U can travel on H4 and then U can go for COS and start working from Oct 1st…

Better to go before approval and get H1 filed with COS
