I have a petiion files this year & selected in lottery. Now the petiion was rejected after RFE.
My employer has filed motion agianst it.
My questions are
If I leave my current empoyer now will the motion be still processed ?
Do my employer have a way to cancel the motion midway ?
If the motion is accepted & original decision reverted can I transfer it to my new employer?
Will my case be treated as cap exempt?
