My emplyoer sent the docs required by nov 30 and reflecting on usics portal as California Service Center will email the decision. what timeline can be expected as 2016 visa filing will start in april 2016. and its already an year now, dont know how much to wait and think what
The processing is delayed for lots of petitions - cap-subject or exempted.
However, they would like to process all petitions before start of next filing season. So you should be optimistic about hearing the decision in next few weeks.
