Hi,

I am currently on L1 Regular and my Visa would expire by -10-May-2013. I would like to know few things on L1 to h1B . If i get my H1B approved by April(Premium) can i continue to stay in US. Or do i need to go to India and come back after getting it stampped.

you can start working on h1b from 1st october. if your i94 is also expiring in May 2012 then you will need to go back and get h1b stamped before coming back.
