Hi, I am currently on a dependent visa in USA and have applied for H1B this year and have a RFE status.

I am now planning to travel to India in the month of september. Can I travel on my current visa - F2 and be back in USA or if the H1B approval happens will I have to get it stamped and then enter in USA?

I am wondering, if there would be any immigration issues, while I try to enter back in USA.
