HI … I have a little tricky question…I am pursuing my first masters and applied for H1 b and my name has been picked up…But now i am planning to change my university as the previous univ has some issues with accreditation…Please advise whether it is good to change the university in between at this moment of time when the H1 approval is in process…
You can, but you probably will get an RFE. Your employers lawyers should have known this or done an education eval.
