When i go to check my status it says ‘On April 11, 2019, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker,and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 11, 2019’.
But till today it says. " Case Was Received".
I am from India and this is my First time filing.
When can i get update on my Case?
If it is not premium, there is no SLA for USCIS, they can take anywhere from few weeks to few months…If you are keen on getting the decision, seek your employer to upgrade it to premium processing. Read H1B Regular vs Premium

Ravi, I am following your timeline as well. Are you applying with consular processing from India, I am assuming? I haven’t heard any approval updates yet, after being picked in the lottery. Did your company give you an estimated start date?
