I’m having H1B VISA Valid upto Dec 2013, My current company does not have any oppurtunity to send me to US. Can i able to transfer my VISA to another company. How many days it will takes to transfer.
The new petition can take 2-4 months under regular processing and 15 calendar days under PP. If RFE is issued, then it can take longer.
