My employer has filed the h1b under premium processing. I have not received the notification about the acceptance or denial yet. How long does it take to know the result.
If not selected in lottery, you may not know until June-July (based on last year’s data).
If selected in lottery, you should have known by now. There may still few PP cases not informed yet, but most of them should have already been informed.

Still a chance, but pretty low. If I were you, I would start planning for alternate options.
