Background: In 2010, Jan while working with my previous employer, my L1 blanket visa was denied(there is no rejection stamp in passport nor any specific reason provided, just returned back my passport without any reason and asked to apply L1 individual at delhi consulate during interview and finger print was also taken at that time). I dont have any document of L1 visa related currently.
Please advise on how to answer the above query in DS-160 as am planning to do H1B stamping in Germany as am here for last 2 year in work permit.
