Has anyone got their H1B processed by Splendtek Inc?

Hi,

I am trying for an H4 to H1 conversion through Splendtek Inc, They are asking for a bond of 2 years and 50% of visa processing fee.

Has anyone gone through such a process. Kindly advice!
