Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services

Hello,
I have couple of questions on this topic.

  1. I have an approved I-140. I am assuming the answer to this question should be Yes and Can I add the Ref # for the approved petition?

  2. Last year my H1 transfer was approved with a new employer however I decided to stay with my current employer. Should I mention about that in this question? And add the approved petition number with them?

Mention your I-140 number. There is no need to mention H1-B petition number for this question.
