I am working in USA on H1B visa. I went to India for 2 week for register marriage in INDIA. We have done only court marriage under Tatkal Marriage. We will get marriage certificate in 10 days.
We don’t have any marriage album, Hall booking, ceremony photoes as we have done register marriage. We have applied H4 visa for my spouse
My spouse passport has her maiden name.
I wanted to understand while stamping, how this situation will be handled.
