I am working for an MNC in India and currently on maternity leave, which I am planning to extend with an LWP of one year. My husband recently moved to US on h1 and I would like to join him on h4 visa. Is it possible to travel on h4 during leave period? Do I need to get any acknowledgement letter from the company
to present during visa interview? TIA
H-4 is the only allowed visa category for you. A no objection letter from company will be useful to carry.
