Am currently in H4 visa, planning to file H1B this year. Am only having 6 month experience in CAD drawing (no IT experience) from india. switching my career to IT field, i need suggestion from you about

which IT training helps me to get a job? (or any other training courses)

while filing H1B, do they give importance to experience level?

please suggest me any genuine consultancy which offer IT training & do visa processing?

Can we file H1B through any attorneys?

Ans: It depends on the expected job educational and experience asked by the employer. A H1B job may or may not need the experience as per the law.

Can we file H1B through any attorneys?

Ans: You need a US employer who can offer you a job in the area of your educational/experience as a requirement. Such employer ONLY can file your H1B petition. You can not file by yourself/your attorney for your H1B directly.
