My wife’s H1B visa (April 2015) is in filing process by a sponsorer. Now she is planning to go for H4 stamping in april. Does H1B process will be effected if H4 visa is processed and travel to US before H1B process completion.

No impact , you can always get the H4 Visa stamped but it would be better if she does not travel on H4 later.
If she does and the H1 petition gets approved, you can to do COS from H4 to H1 while she is in the country.
