I am getting married in December and I am filing my fiances’ DS160 now.

  1. How do we answer the marital status question, since we aren’t married before the form is submitted … what would be right answer?

  2. I wanted to know if its possible for my fiance to take the OFC appointment and finger printing a week in advance before the wedding so that I am left with only the interview part after the wedding? Would that be allowed ?

  1. She will be married when appearing for interview, so use married

  2. I think that should be possible. They don’t ask for any marriage proof when going for finger printing. As long as she is married on the day of interview, this should be fine.
