My wife’s last day with her employer is 1/30/18. She is on her own H1B and my 2 kids are in H4 dependent with her H1 Visa. Her employer said though her last day is 1/30, she can be in status until after 30 days to 45 after her last day of 1/30. Should I take steps now to transfer my 2 kids H4 visa as dependents to my H1B visa? or they can be her dependents until she moves to her next job via H1B transfer within that 30 days? Please suggest. Thanks in advance!
