I got my H1B visa stamped after going through 221(g) now i want to apply my wife and son H4 visa before i moved to USA.So is this good option that i can apply my wife and son visa without pay stubs?I am still in india in notice period and i may travel in jan 2017 so before that i am thinking to complete my wife and son visa process.
It is ok for them to appear for dependent stamping even before you have traveled to US.
