Hi, my h4 visa expires on 3/22 but my EAD has an expiry of 4/19. Can I continue to work till 4/19 or do i need to quit on 3/22 :(? Thanks!
Well, it is slightly tricky. As you will not have proper H4 status, I am not sure…Please check with an attorney and also update here for community benefit.
