We applied for spouse H4 visa in Aug 2020 online and got receipt notice online but till date we never received the biometrics till date. We tried reaching the USCIS for updates and they keep waiting us for long and said to wait until its received whenever it arrives (felt bad

Is there something that can be done to get atleast the biometrics done, any help is deeply appreciated.

I filed in 11/18/2020 in CA and got biometric done on 5/5/21. Still no H4 ext
