H4 Visa application status

We (H1+3H4s) have attended the in-person interview on 9/20 at Hyderabad Consulate. Myself and my daughter’s visa have been issued.

But my wife’s and son’s visa status changed from Refused to Administrative Processing and back to again Refused status today.

Is this normal?

Has anybody experienced this situation? Appreciate your responses.

Just wait for couple of days as this may just be a glitch in status. If you and your daughter were approved, I would think your wife and son should also be approved.
