H4 Visa application -- Account is not showing up the slots

Hi,

I have valid Visa and I am in USA and trying to book H4 visa slots for my family.
Initially I have registered all my dependencies with one account. I was looking for 3 slots at a time and couldn’t get so tried to book appointment for my spouse able to book.

Later USIC opened the bulk slots so I have cancelled my spouse appointment so that I can get 3 slots at a time. Since then, issue has started I am not seeing any slots even though slots are available.

I have separated all 3 applications to different accounts, I am able to book the appointment for my kids but not to my spouse. Issue still persists with new account also. I have called and dropped an email to CC but no help from them simply saying there is no issue with account.

I tried to fed the application one more time to a new account but same issue. Any help why I am not able to see/book for my spouse.
